No it does fit (it's difficult to get in the washing machine.
But we we've wanted to knock the kitchen/dining room into 1 for ages, and it makes sense to di it now, and the wall in question is the one the fridge is on at moment, so it may be too much hassle to plumb it in before then as we may have to move water pipes
