Default Hey All ! (Games Development Course)

Hi there, I am emailing to introduce myself. My name is Leighton Mathewson and im 19 years old. Currently living with my parents and working in Hull at a callcentre called Clearanswer. My job involves selling phone and broadband packages on behalf on a company called TalkTalk. I have started my course (Games Development Course) and I have just finished making my game first game except I have a problem. When it comes to "running the game normally" and the window appears, i get an error. "unexpected error occured when running the game". Now it says in the course guid that if i did everything correctly then it should start with the Clown moving inside the room. I guess I have done something wrong somewhere while making the game. Hope someone can help
    Thanks, Leighton.

    Hi Leighton,

    Welcome to the forums.

With regards to your error, correct me if I'm wrong, but you've done the game in Gamemaker - is that correct?

Just had a quick look around and found this. The suggested solution is probably the best way that you can go about finding the error.

    Thanks,

    Mark
