Default [Blog] Want to stand out in the games industry? Cliffy B has advice...

Game developers looking to make a name for themselves need to stand out both in ability, and as a character, in ordered to get noticed in the games industry. This could include wearing a silly hat or hip glasses says Epic's Cliff Bleszinski in an interview with Develop.

Find out what on earth he's going on about here on the Train2Game blog!

What do you think of Bleszinski’s comments? Is it important for game developers to be distinctive to stand out above the crowd?? Would you consider wearing a funny hat to be recognised?

Leave your comments on the Train2Game blog, or here on the Train2Game forum.

Nothing silly about a hat; I mean, it works for Notch and it works for me. Mind you, I do have a few more hats than the average person...

I'm going for the Gabe Newell look. It's worked for him and I've been using it for the last 20 years. Why change now?

I think Huey Lewis taught that class. Lesson 1: something about being a square.
