    Errm, I just tried to click on that Thread, and it Opened a Page that said 'certain individuals involved with

    Wouldn't it be better to be using a BS or ISO standards since we are in the UK more than IEEE which is an American Standard. I know ISO is originally Swiss but being in Europe it is the most accepted here, more than IEEE. ISO 29119 comes to mind, or even ISO 9000 but that's not really for Test Planning but for Quality Management.

    Darklights may have a different experience, but I've only ever seen IEEE on job adverts (on the few that actually mention anything like that).

    Perhaps its just the preferred industry standards then maybe?
